✿ When making a reservation, you will be requested to pay at least half of the item's price as a NON-REFUNDABLE down payment. This is to avoid joy reservers or bogus buyers.
✿ If you fail to settle your payments on the agreed date and have been unresponsive for 3 days, you will be posted as JOY RESERVER or BOGUS BUYER
✿ Any down payments will be FORFEITED if the balance is not paid in full by the agreed deadline.
✿ If you informed me ahead of time that you won't be able to pay on the deadline, an additional ₱20.00 per day late payment fee will be asked.
✿ For items with payment terms, the goods will only be shipped to you once FULLY PAID.
✿ Packing fee of ₱15.00 will be asked.
✿ I am not liable for any damaged parcels caused by the courier.
✿ No refunds will be given for items that are lost or damaged as a result of the courier's negligence. Please understand that I have no control over the courier's way of handling parcels.
✿ If I have enough time, I will be sending packing videos before shipping the items.
✿ I am avoiding the use of bubble wrap, but rest assured your items will be packed safely.
✿ No unboxing video = No refund.
